  • HOW CAN I PAY FOR SAVOUR + BLOOM PRODUCTS?
    I gladly accept all major credit cards (i.e. VISA, MasterCard etc.) or PayPal.
  • IS YOUR SITE SAFE AND SECURE?
    YES! The Savour + Bloom checkout page uses SSL, which ensures that all of your browsing and shopping data remains private.
  • WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PAYMENT DOESN’T WORK?
    Oh, no - I’m so sorry for the trouble! First, make sure that your shipping and billing details are correct. If that doesn’t work, try contacting your bank about the payment. If you’re still having an issue, drop me a message and I’ll do my best to help!
  • WHERE IN THE WORLD DO YOU SHIP TO?
    Savour + Bloom ship worldwide (except to Russia and Singapore) with DHL Express. *Please note, I do not ship to PO boxes so please enter a full street address when placing your order.
  • HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
    I offer free shipping to New Zealand, Australia, Canada and the United States. Check the costs to ship to your country by clicking here.
  • WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES?
    A small percentage of the orders I ship may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Savour + Bloom cannot control these costs and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package, so you will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance if they apply. Customs’ policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
    Shipping time is only about 3-4 business days, with 1-2 business days handling time. So after you place your order it should arrive within a total of 4-6 business days. Orders sent with EMS (to remote areas without a DHL facility) can take up to two weeks.
  • CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS JOURNEY?
    Absolutely! Once your order has been dispatched you will receive your personal tracking number. Use your tracking number to keep tabs on your bags journey at www.dhl.com. You can also send me a quick message and we’ll be happy to track it for you.
  • CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
    Yes, of course. If I shipped the wrong item, or if it arrived damaged, I will re-ship or refund immediately. If you're simply not happy with your order you can also return it. In this case, the buyer will get a refund (excluding shipping costs) as soon as the product is back with me. Please note, that you must contact me within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.
