A small percentage of the orders I ship may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Savour + Bloom cannot control these costs and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package, so you will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance if they apply. Customs’ policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
Yes, of course. If I shipped the wrong item, or if it arrived damaged, I will re-ship or refund immediately. If you're simply not happy with your order you can also return it. In this case, the buyer will get a refund (excluding shipping costs) as soon as the product is back with me. Please note, that you must contact me within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.
