SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

 

All Savour + Bloom orders are processed and sent from New Zealand. We ship worldwide.

 

​We aim to have your order processed within 24 business hours.

 

New Zealand customers can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 days after you receive your fulfilment email.  

 

Australian customers can expect your order to arrive within 5-10 days after you receive your fulfilment email.  

 

Any other international customers can expect your order to arrive within 6-10 days after you receive your fulfilment email.  

 

*Please note that if you are purchasing from outside of New Zealand, you will be responsible for any clearance charges, import duties or taxes that your country may charge.

RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

If you’re not 100% happy with your order, you’re welcome to contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. 

Please email us at hello@savourandbloom.com and we’ll get the process started for you. 

 

You will be provided with a return address to send your returns to. You will be responsible for the cost of mailing the returns. 

 

Return/exchange broken or defective item(s): You must attach a picture that clearly shows the broken/defective items and describe the issue(s) with your item to receive a replacement. Please let me know if you cannot send a picture.

REFUNDS

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notifying you that it has been received. If the item is in perfect condition a full refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment.
